Communal satellite dishes misaligned

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5047427.

The three communal satellite dishes on Muscott house are misaligned providing poor signal. Additionally, there are loose (cut?) cables hanging down from the installation on the side of the building.
