Litter/rubbish constantly on the street from beginning to end. Have not seen a regular street cleaner for weeks on end. Do they come out anymore? Always rubbish dumped around the trees by inconsiderate households. .Why am I paying for such a poor quality or non existent service. Street cleaning section need to pull their fingers out sharpish.

Litter rubbish on the street every day. Never swept up or dealt with. Rubbish left around trees by the usual inconsiderate households. Where are the street cleaners. What am I paying for. Whoever runs this department needs to pull their fingers out.
