Cleaning in block of flats

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5030546.

I live at flat 3 of Lister Court. The cleaner is using water that smells and seems to be using the same water to MOP the other blocks . Please can you advise him to use clean water with detergent. The former cleaner John never eft the blocks in this manor.
