Constant flytopping

The council are rubbish. Just like people dumping their rubbish here constantly. there is no clear sign that says this is not allowed. There are no CCTV's. Can the council put CCTV'S in place to deter and catch the horrid people that keep dumping ???

  • It is by teh bins next to Andrew Marvel House. this area should be enclosed so the rest of us do not see this constant dumping and rubbish flown over to our properties
