Faulty speed camera??

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4999453.

I have passed through this speed camera twice recently. The first time it flashed so I immediately looked down and my Speedo said 18. The next night I knew I was approaching the same camera so I slowed right down to 15 and it flashed again. I’m panicking!
