Quad bike on marshes...

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4998292.

Last night, 6-7 pm, there were a group of people, adults and children, riding a quad bike, very fast, on the grass across from the cricket pavilion. At times there would be an adult and a child front and back. Huge noise disturbance, pollution, dangerous
