Smoking weed all the time causing problems with our breathing

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4986415.

A white female that lives at 398 kingsland road, e84aa, smokes weed every single hour and is causing breathing issues with us and neighbours. She also has people coming with bikes to collect stuff from her door. We are worried she is selling drugs also.
