If this is not the council's responsibility to clear away, HOW do we get it removed??? There was a massive altercation at the end of the street late last night and this was thrown (LITERALLY) into the street til bits broke off it. It is totally write-off

  • It was in bits on the highway. Residents cleared the bits up onto the pavement. It is proper kaput!!
