Constant rubbish being dumped on pavement

Rubbish is continually being dumped on the street pavement on a weekly basis and seems to be from the Knightland House fla attendant.. the flats rubbish bins overflow as they do not have recycling facilities and so the rubbish bags are put on the street.

    Still the same today in fact even worse someone has dumped 2 more bags on other side..
