Large rat hole outside house at base of tree
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4968763.
Ongoing problem, now significantly worse. rats can been seen in the hole. when ive reported it in the past the pest control dept say they cant use poison because its on a public highway and the tree department put soil in the hole which doesn't deter rats
