Rubbish rotting on my property

The telephone box adjacent to my property is constantly used as a rubbish bin and the cleaners are not cleaning all the rubbish hidden between the box and the wall of my property. It’s disgusting, smelling.

  • One thing is you aim for 24h, another thing is dealing with these issues in more than a week. Can I please be contacted by a manager to report that this target of 24h is not realistic and never met by the council? Thanks
