LTN camera not working

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4966004.

Many cars and vans are speeding up and down Yoakley Rd from both ends. Camera maybe sabotaged Mon or Tues - now everyone knows about it. Children play out in the street now so lack of enforcement is extremely dangerous.
