Gardening company, supposedly operating at this site, but there is continuous rubbish. Been dumped outside block in parking areas and littering the road.

I’m not sure exactly what’s going on at this site which is supposed to be a garden centre but recently I’ve noticed all sort of items being dumped outside. Left in the street for days on end. Blocking parking space and unsightly
