Cat calling workers

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4936889.

A worker cat called me and my friendnds he was in a rubbish truck he was a black male he whilsted and and looked up and down and smiled at us we are minors and this is unacceptable
