Using cones to save parking spot

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4926774.

I came to park my car along a pay and display strip outside “the charity shop” yellow shop. There were cones illegally holding the spot so my partner moved them so I could park. The woman came out claiming to own the parking spot when this is not the case.
