Littering

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4918055.

A fence has been broken in the next door bin area meaning rubbish is continually thrown into our garden. There has also been a huge increase in littering around the bins over the last few weeks, attracting mice and insects
