Dangerous dogs coming outside 32 Bodney road

Some new tenants have moved in in flat 32a Bodney road : they are regularly visited by men with 2 enormous dangerous looking dogs that they struggle to control. They go in the middle of the road when someone is passing on the pavement. We are scared
