Fly tipping on a daily bases

Sent to Hackney 5 minutes later
As a local resident I am truely disgusted and tired to see computers, building materials ect... Dumped on a daily basis. I report to Hackney who swiftly removes but the lack of CCTV cameras make the front of 55 Albion Grove and the adjacent pedestrian passage leading to Londesborough road a dumping ground. Removal is not enough.
FMS is really designed for your daily reports. It doesn't have the right audience to put pressure on the council for longer term measures (except by accumulation of large numbers of reports for the same location). I think you would be better off addressing this to your local councillors.
Remember though that is visible, or old, CCTV cameras don't stop fly tipping; they just moves it to somewhere not known to have CCTV.

One thing FMS can certainly change through design is to halt the patronizing comments above about what FMS is designed to do. People are using this forum to report an issue because they feel assured it will go to the correct council or council department and FMS are thanked for this sterling pubic service. But perhaps at the same time they are demonstrating a little in the text of the message their frustration or exasperation about continued recurrence or sometimes perceived futility in reporting such things. On the whole they are not asking FMS to do anything than what the site is designed for.
It is not clear if the post above is a formal FMS post but if it is I for one will be less likely to post any issues on this site, only for someone to hide behind anonymity and point out the blindingly obvious.
I can only wonder in amazement the intellectual capability of a person who produces the last paragraph in that post with such clarity of mind that we mere mortals could not have come to the same conclusion ourselves.
FMS please get rid of such posts they serve no purpose other than a self gratification of importance.
