Black bin bags in road for past two weeks

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4869671.

Huge amount of littering on Audrey Street but the council is not cleaning the street so it stay there for weeks.

Also rubbish along the fence inside the park has not been cleaned for months
