Deceased cat

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4846026.

There was a black cat with a collar (therefore likely microchipped) on the side of the road who was deceased.

I was unable to pick it up and take it to the vet (as I have no transport) I called the RSPCA who advised I contact the council.
