Persistent pigeon feeding

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4838216.

They are dropping food (bread,cake) off their balcony every day for the pigeons, loads of pigeons are gathering under the balcony in the communal garden for our block of flats not theirs. Lots is left on the floor to attract rats and other vermin.
