Dirty windows of the apartment entrance

I don't think that the windows at the entrance of the apartment have ever been cleaned. It looks very dirty and depressing.

  • I reported this issue in mid-July. After 4 months, the issue is still not resolved.

  • I received the following response from Area Supervisor 'the windows in question are unreachable from the outside'. Given the high maintenance fee each flat pays to Council, I think it's our right to demand a professional cleaning service.
