Smashed bench creating a dangerous hazard for all pedestrians and motor vehicles

Next to the two large bins which are used by the Royal Inn Pub on Wetherell Road is their large broken bench leaning against their wall. It has fallen over and blocked the pavement and road many times and is a health hazard for over 2 weeks now.
