Strap broken on tree

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4712562.

The strap on the tree (situated near 25 Sewdley St, E5 0AX) is damaged. Therefore, the tree is not securely standing upright as it tends to wobble backwards and forwards when it is windy
