Loud speaker blasting into flats

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4711331.

Large suitcase speaker being used in the entrance to GP surgery.today and other Saturdays. Group of men standing around. Someone ask them to stop. Blasts right through our flat. Not needed not wanted. Feel ill as it is intrusive.
