Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4707449.

These bins ALWAYS overflow onto the streets... its really really awful. Please can you consult with the people inside the building and find a lasting solution. Its right opposite a school too so even more reason to sort... Please sort this out.
