Persistent problem with neighbors, who are leaving different type of objects in communal area after their big and laud parties organised on weekends. The objects are now under my kitchen window. They are flammable.

    Week is ending, and nothing changed. It was reported to housing officer, to neighbourhood even to ASB, and nothing. The mess is still there.
