Litering in Banbury Rd E9 ( Hackney)

Every day more litter arrives in Banbury Rd especiallt at the corner witrh Victoria Park Rd. Dicarded drinks bottles & cans litter the ground every morning. Also dicarded bags of takeaway remains are ripped open by foxes , rats etc & left strewn across
