Parking illegally to drop his child off to school

Driver got out and left car like this, blocking Cazenove at 8:55am on a school day. We were forced to cross between his car and the dark red vehicle (also parks illegally most days) with our two small kids.

  • I haven't heard anything about this problem, there was a very clear license plate so you should be able to follow this up with ease. Please note - this is how this person's car was left, at 8:58am on a school day - this isn't mid drive - he got out and left his car like this. This is the kind of thing that's happening every school day of the week. It's unsafe and one day, it will be a child who pays the price of the unsafe, chaotic driving that happens on Cazenove during school drop off times.
