Litter (again!!!)

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4647415.

Why isn't there a bin opposite Mickey's chippy? I have just spent 20 minutes picking up litter on Pellerin Road, a lot of which is paper and tommy ketchup sachets from the fish and chip shop.
