Overflowing and bad smelling bins

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4610887.

This property often has overflowing bins which causes a terrible smell. There are 4 bins but all are overfull. There are now rats running around the front yard. Seen on 29/05/23. This is really a recurring problem and a danger to other residents.
