Overflowing rubbish

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4604196.

Downstairs neighbours at 63 Harcombe moved out and left rubbish that is overflowing. Several bin bags. Foxes have been into them and torn them open. It's getting worse after having sat there since Wednesday.
