Infestation of drain flies swarming in house

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4583144.

Following on from block sewerage drain problem we have had in silkmills Square we have now become infested with drain flies, its not just my home my neighbours are suffering with them too, we cannot get rid of them!!! Can anything be done? Fumigation?
