The bins have been overflowing after several missed collection during the month of April

Bins were finally collected today between the 7am - 10am, I was out at shopping. Upon my return the bins were emptied. The overflowing bags were not removed, bags busted and rubbish left. There were no collections during April at this site on Leagrave St
