Your reply to the theft of the missing bollard was identical to the one in response to the earlier theft of its padlock. An unimaginative and unconvincing pro forma response suggests that you are not taking this matter seriously.

  • Thank you for the report. The Council is taking the matter seriously. As mentioned earlier, the most appropriate method of enforcement at this location would be a fixed camera. That would be for both the padlock and bollard being removed. At the moment, the situation has not changed as we are still waiting for permanent cameras.
