Non resident through rubbish and food, feaces

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4394260.

People come and put every day bread for pigeons in the alleyway and also rubbish. Can we put a cctv camera fir that and for people that are literally go to toilet on the alley, no 1 and most of the time 2. Please send someone we have children.
