Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4353879.

This problem reported in 2020 is unresolved. Fines were issued, appeal made in 2021. Outcome ? The problem is worse as the planters are now on wheels. These are untethered and are dangerous as they can move down the sloping pavement towards the road.
