Signs do not give times

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4349903.

At the entrance to Benthal road at the nursary end there are signs of times when barrier is 'live'. There are no signs of times at this end of the street. The public can't tell if it is active or not. It appears that it is 24/7.not clear when it is active.
