Waste is being left in the corner of Chart St and Buttesland St. It is not being collected in weeks despite calling to report it. I have attached pictures of the most recent piles. St cleaners told me it is not in their remit to clean or report either

    The issue has not been resolved over a week later. The situation is worse. The waste is attracting rodents! Could you please let me know when this will be cleaned? Please see attached photo update.
