Person living illegally in a shop

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4335333.

An old man appears to be living in the shop unit on the ground floor and basement of 40 Shacklewell Lane. The back garden of the property is full of rubbish, which is probably a health hazard.
