Abandoned car - hit and now on double yellow line

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4316943.

This car has been abandoned here for several months. The owner has come and driven round the streets before parking it again and leaving it. It has now, today, been hit and is across the pavement and yellow lines.
