Barriers left by water workmen

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4312618.

Some weeks ago your workmen fixed a water issue by this manhole cover. They left the barriers, which are routinely strewn around; I have stacked them regularly. Thames Water say they are not theirs but belong to Hackney Council. Please can you collect them
