Fox looking ill (maybe rabies?) attacked cat

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4310774.

This morning, a fox looking very ill, attacked a cat. I don't know what a fox with rabies looks like, but I would imagine them looking like the one I saw. There are many children living in Grand Union Crescent, so it'd be great, if you could have a look.
