Too many mice and rat in this street!!

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4310185.

I have been reporting to sanctuary but nothing is done, ongoing issue. The mices are began eating my house walls to come in!! It is very terribble. I will need to report this to ombudsman. If this doesnt get sorted. I cannot keep chasing.
