Continued oil mess and smoke pollution

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4291993.

Ff Hackney is a smoke control area why is this violation allowed to continue? Regularly the area nearby is swathed in choking smoke from a metal barrel outside the "Peoples choice" "restaurant". Chinese nearby had to put up a tent to protect its clients.
