Excess wood smoke from canal boats

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4291080.

During cold weather, boats along the canal burn wood collected from around the marshes. This wood is not dry and produces an incredible amount of smoke which enters directly into the flats adjacent to the canal affecting the residents' health.
