Closed and Boarded Shops Anti Social Behaviour

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4275973.

Due to very few shops being leased on one side of the street, and businesses closing on the other, it is attracting a lot of anti-social behaviour such as urinating and defecating in the street and in businesses.
