  • It has been a week since this dog fouling was reported and it is still there. I that space of time more. dog fouling has occurred on the road near 119-125 glenarm road. This as you are acutely aware is a continuous problem and Hackney council refuse to install camera to capture the culprits. What most it take for you to realise the issue a child to fall flat on its face on the the fouling
