Disgusting Rubbish

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4265841.

The issue persists - its revolting!!! Constant rubbish overflowing from bins, rubbish bags amongst other waste dumped in the front garden and pavement, blocking way and attracting bypassers adding to waste. Disgusting!!!
