Someone living in a van?

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4261811.

What appears to be a decommissioned ambulance van has been parked near 90 Oldfield road for at least several months. I think someone is living in it. I am not sure if it has permission or not but thought it should be checked. The number plate is YZ10EKM.
